Together with Gensler, RHAA is assisting in updating a mid-1960s Robert Royston roof terrace design on top of the historic Bank of California as part of a necessary seismic retrofit of the building. The central sunken court will be elevated, impacting surrounding planters and mature Indian Laurel Fig trees. Given the historic nature of the building and the design, the preference is to reintroduce the existing palette.
