RHAA, along with RMW worked together to  transform an existing building near Pier 39 into a new office space, including the addition of a new rooftop work, meeting, and event space. The rooftop space consists of a large outdoor meeting area with a trellis, small work nooks with heated furniture, a fire pit lounge and a large flexible artificial turf area to host a range of office events. The design embraces the industrial vibe of the original building structure by using large I-beams to construct the trellis and faded white timber across the site. The space was designed to capture views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower and The Bay Bridge.
