Adjacent to the Student Services Center, the new Instructional Office Building features a landscape designed to improve pedestrian circulation and provide key gathering spaces that promote campus identity and sustainability.  This project achieved LEED Silver certification, which required careful site design to reduce water consumption and runoff.
