RHAA, in conjunction with MEI Architects, was asked to continue their effort in guiding the site development of the Palo Alto campus by evolving the Conceptual Landscape master Plan they had previously developed, and consolidating this into a more comprehensive Landscape Master Plan and Design Guidelines Document.  The VA Office of Planning’s goal was to have Guidelines that could be given to another project design team, and which would then maintain a consistency in site planning, design, materials and furnishings.
