VA Palo Alto Health Care System Onizuka Master Plan
DESCRIPTION
Teaming with MEI Architects, RHAA developed the VA Sunnyvale Master Plan in Sunnyvale, CA. The master plan is a framework for future campus development which incorporates the site’s history as the Onizuka Air Force Base, various cultural resources, appropriate plant concepts, and art elements. The site design is integrated with the local context and responds to climatic conditions through an overall sustainability strategy, while providing various social, recreational, and outdoor work spaces for VAPAHCS employees on this 4.4 acre parcel.
