Prism Apartments at 1028 Market Street

Prism Apartments at 1028 Market Street is a mixed-use project located on Market Street and Golden Gate in the Mid-Market area of San Francisco.; RHAA developed the streetscape for both Market Street and Golden Gate as well as a roof level amenities terrace, a private patio and a second story courtyard to be used in conjunction with the fitness center. Rooftop amenities include a dining area with an outdoor kitchen, a small group lounge with a custom firepit, an outdoor living room with oversized couches, fireplace wall with an overhead trellis, and a large deck with multiple terraces overlooking Market Street. The project is being completed in conjunction with SCB Architects and Olympic Development and is LEED Silver.
