First Street Napa

RHAA was commissioned to develop a conceptual design for the renovation of a retail center located in Northern California. The concept included the complete reconstruction of the common area to bring the style and character of the Napa Valley into a retail setting. Features included a food centric outdoor space with multiple outdoor dining areas, wine bars and gathering spaces. A large central common area included a fireplace/ lounge area. Concepts were also developed for activation of adjacent streets with farmer’s markets, food trucks and other community events.
