Santa Clara Freedom Circle

Freedom Circle is a development project done in collaboration with Greystar, Olympic Development and Studio T Square. The project includes three large residential buildings as well as a central park and streetscape. Each residential building has two to three large courtyards with pools, spas, amenity areas and recreation. The park includes a playground, basketball court, bocce area, group barbecue area, large recreational lawns and seating areas. RHAA developed a cohesive site plan for the open space, roof terraces and streetscape that knit the project together with shared amenties that created a vibrant urban park environment. The project will go through an approval process with the City of Santa Clara.
