Intuitive Surgical

RHAA was commissioned to design a corporate campus expansion for Intuitive Surgical in Sunnyvale. The goals of this two-phase project were to create a workplace that fosters innovation and productivity, and to develop spaces that reflect the company’s culture and values.

The design team achieved these objectives through close collaboration with ISI leadership to create flexible environments for meeting, learning, socializing, and working. A strong indoor–outdoor connection is established through roof decks, outdoor sports courts, an outdoor café kitchen, flexible seating areas, and multiple quiet garden spaces.
