Built in the late 1990s to support a variety of tenants, this 29-acre office park was renovated to accommodate a rapidly growing workforce. In collaboration with Gensler Architects, RHAA designed site improvements to unify and connect the campus’s seven buildings, creating a more cohesive overall environment.
The quad formed by four buildings has been pedestrianized as a central common space, while an existing allée connecting the quad to a row of three additional buildings is strengthened through bold, colorful ground-plane patterning and the introduction of new activity areas along its edge.
Set within a landscape of mature existing trees, new amenities support employee culture by providing active and engaging spaces for outdoor work, socializing, fitness, dining, and special events. The design also advances the client’s sustainability goals through photovoltaic-shaded, EV-priority parking, improved bicycle access and storage, and upgraded irrigation systems that reduce water use.
