The Forum at Rancho San Antonio

The Forum is a retirement and assisted living community located in the rolling hills of Cupertino, California. RHAA designed the landscapes for a 23-villa expansion of the retirement neighborhood, as well as the assisted living and memory care facilities and their associated gardens, in addition to new dining and fitness facilities. The contemporary yet natural landscape aesthetic draws inspiration from the surrounding native oak savanna and integrates flowering, drought-adapted perennials and grasses with hardy native species. RHAA’s scope of work encompassed approximately 515,000 square feet of landscape improvements within The Forum’s 2,353,540-square-foot property, which spans just over 50 acres.
